Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering, along with a strong understanding of IT management in a software development or IT service environment.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Additional Requirements:
Solid knowledge of IT management within software development or IT service provider environments
Hands-on experience and basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Responsibilities & Context:
Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and related systems
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to users
Manage IT support tickets by checking, updating, and closing them in the ticketing system
Assist the IT team during internal audits to ensure users are following IM/IT policies
