Arrival at Paro Airport and Transfer to Thimphu
On arrival at Paro International Airport, our team will meet and greet. Transfer to Thimphu (7,710 ft.), the capital city of Bhutan. On the way visit Tashichho Dzong, the summer residence of Je Khenpo and the central monk body. Visit the National Library, Zorig Chusum (printing school for traditional art & crafts), and National Memorial Chorten - a stupa built in memory of the third King. Proceed to Buddha Point and Kings Dzong. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

Thimphu Sightseeing then Overnight Stay at Paro
After breakfast, drive to Dochula (3150M) where on a clear day, the most spectacular view of the Eastern Himalayan mountain ranges is visible. The Dochula Pass offers a 360-degree view of the Himalayan ranges - the 108 chortens in circular construction add to the charm. Also see Druk Wangyal Lhakhang, a beautiful temple built in memory of Druk Gyalpo. Visit Buddha Point in the afternoon (169 feet statue of Buddha). Return to Paro hotel. Evening free for shopping. Overnight stay at Paro.
