Visa Procedure (Tourist & Business):

All visa applications of Egypt are processed by Egypt Embassy. Applications are submitted on walk-in basis. The applicant must be submit the visa application submission in person.

File Submit: Sunday to Wednesday: 09:00am to 12:00pm

Passport Collection: Thursday, between 14:30-15:30

Requirements (Tourist & Business):

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled Application form
• 2 copy Photo - Photos must be Passport size, color with white background & taken within the last 6 months.
• Current (valid for 6 months) and 0ld passports, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
• Birth certificate/National ID Card of applicant
• Utility Bill Copy (electricity, gas, telephone)
• Marriage Certificate (Nika Namah for Muslim, Marriage Act for Hindus) divorce certificate (Talak Namah for Muslim)/Death certificate (for widow or widowers).
• Forwarding letter (from applicant)

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license, certificate of incorporation, memorandum of article (for Ltd. company), Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization.
• Employment letter (from employer for business visit).
• For Employee : NOC letter, Pay Slip / Salary certificate, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders)
• Visiting card
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents
• For Student : Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar

Financial Documents:

• Bank solvency & statement ( both company & personal )
• Income Tax Certificate (For last 3 years) / TIN certificate

Travel Documents:

• Hotel Booking:Hotel bookings or hotel vouchers copy
• Air Booking:Pre-booked return ticket copy

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist Visit: Personal Invitation letter & related documents (if available)
• For Business Visit : Business invitation letter & related documents

Processing Time (Total Approx. 8/9 days):

• File Processing: 3/ 4 working days
• Embassy Processing: 5 Working days normally

Visa fee Details (Tourist & Business):

• Embassy fee: Tourist & Business 3300/BDT
• Processing fee: Tourist & Business 700/BDT

Note: Other expenses will be added (if needed: Notary, translation, Health insurance etc.)
