Requirements (Tourist & Business):

• Duly filled Application form & Family information form
• Authority letter
• 06 Months valid passport.
• 2 recent passport size photo.
• Marriage certificate in English with notary. (If traveling with spouse).
• Student identity card copy and leave letter/holiday list. (If student).
• For the employee - Employment certificate mentioning with joining date, designation, salary (salary slip if applicable), leave letter and TIN Certificate (If applicable).
• Company Registration Certificate (Trade License) in English with Notary and Memorandum of articles, certificate of incorporation etc.
• Visiting Card
• A sponsorship letter (Invitation letter) from company in Hong Kong mentioning purpose of visit, length of stay, number of visits required and taking the responsibility of repatriation of the applicant – if available
• Bank solvency & statement of at least last three months. (Updated; Company + Personal).
• Income Tax Certificate – last 3 years / TIN certificate in English with Notary. (Company + Personal).
• The proof to show the Bangladeshi Company is actively running. (e.g. invoice, cash memo, brochure, leaflet, company profile etc.)
• Proof of Business in Hong Kong of previous visits. (If applicable) e.g. invoice, L/C copy, etc.
• An invitation letter from the fair organizer. (only for TRADE FAIR)
• Applicant may be required to submit proof of relationship (e.g. photo). (Only for Social Visit)



N.B.: A confirmed air ticket on Dragon air/ Cathay Pacific for the route of DHAKA-HONG KONG-DHAKA must be produced at the time of Visa collection from KA/CX office. *** One set Photocopy of all the documents***

• Dragon Air Processing: 30-40 days

Visa fee Details:

• Visa fee : Tourist & Business 5000/BDT (1st Time)
• Visa fee : Tourist 22000/BDT (2nd Time)
• Processing fee: Tourist & Business 2000/ BDT

• 2P Visiting cards
• Bank Statement with Solvency certificate - balance TK. 2 Lac+ (Personal + Company),
• 2P Letter Head Pad
• Trade license with latest renew page (photocopy) / NOC
• TIN certificate
• Local Government Invitation

Processing Time:

• Normal: 7/ 8 working days
• Urgent: 3-4 working days
