Visa Procedure (Tourist & Business):

All the visa applications of Philippines is processed by Philippines Embassy. Visa applicants shall submit relevant documents through some accredited agencies only.

Passport Collection: Sunday to Thursday: 14.00 to 16.00

Requirements (Tourist & Business):

For Business:

• Duly filled Application form.
• Current (valid for at least 6 months) and Old Passports
• Two recent color photograph with white background (2" x 2")
• Trade license, memorandum of article, certificate of incorporation, VAT, IRC etc. (for Business Person)
• NOC Letter, Pay slip (for employee)
• Student ID copy – if student/ Retirement paper- if retired
• Income Tax Certificate/TIN Certificate (if available)
• Visiting Card
• Business Letter Head
• Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for a period of last 6 months (recent)
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Police Clearance Certificate
• For Business/Seminar/Meeting visit - Invitation from the Philippine addressed to the Philippine Embassy and to the applicant, Registration of Business of the sponsor
• invitation letter (stating address in the Philippines) and passport copy ( if sponsor by anyone)

Note: ***Police Clearance – not applicable to minors 17 years old below, government endorsed applicants, Representatives of International Organizations, BPCCI members with endorsement letter from the BPCCI President, Honorary Consuls and Bangladeshi nationals with valid American, Australian, Japanese, Singapore, Canadian, United Kingdom and Schengen visas, ensuring that they don’t have derogatory records with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency and Interpol.

Processing Time (Total Approx. 20 days):

• File Processing: 3/ 4 working days
• Embassy Processing: 10-15 Working days (Tourist visit)/ 7 working days – minimum (Business/ conference visit)

Visa fee Details (Tourist & Business):

• Embassy fee:
• Single Entry valid for 3 months Tk. 3,400 BDT
• Multiple Entry valid for 6 months TK. 6,800 BDT
• Multiple Entry valid for 1 year TK. 10,200 BDT (+850Tk–urgent basis for business/conference only)
• Processing fee: Tourist & Business TK. 1600 BDT
