Visa Procedure (Tourist & Business):

All the visa applications of South Korea is Processed by South Korea Embassy. Applications are submitted on walk-in basis. The applicant must be present in person during visa application submission.

Application Submit: Sunday to Thursday: 09:00 to 12:00
Passport Collection: Sunday to Thursday: 14:00 to 16:00 pm
Attestation Submission and Delivery: Sunday to Thursday: 14:00 to 16:00

Requirements (Tourist & Business):

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled Application form & Tour Plan / Schedule of Stay (detailed explanation and plans for each day of stay)
• 2 Copy photo - Photos must be passport size (35 x 45mm), color photo with white background, taken within the last 6 months
• Current (valid for 6 months) and Old passports, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
• Clear photocopy of passport front page (identification page)
• Birth certificate/National ID Card of applicant
• Marriage Certificate ( Nika Namah for Muslim, Marriage Act for Hindus)divorce certificate ( Talak Namah for Muslim)/Death certificate ( for widow or widowers) - if visited with family
• ‘Family Certificate’, ‘Enrollment Certificate’ for children also required (Copy of the original and a English translated version) – if visited with family
• Forwarding letter (for from applicant)

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license, memorandum of article, certificate of incorporation of the company or organization, VAT, IRC, membership certificate etc.
• Employer Letter (if business visit) – mentioning current workplace and position, Date of beginning of employment, amount of annual salary (if applicable), date of the visit (exact date), purpose of visit (detailed explanation), bearing of travel/accommodation expense.
• For Employee : NOC letter, Pay Slip / Salary statement, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders)
• Visiting card
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents
• For Student : Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar

Financial Documents:

• Bank solvency & statement ( both company & personal )
• Other financial documents-such as FDR, credit card statements, saving certificate, share statement etc. (if available)
• Income Tax Certificate (For last 3 years)/TIN certificate
• Valuation of other Assets (optional)

Travel Documents:

• Air Booking copy
• Hotel Booking Copy

Overseas Documents:

1. If Business visit -

• Business Invitation letter- mentioning information of invitee, Purpose of invite (detailed explanation), Date of the invitee visit (exact date), Information on travel/accommodation expense coverage
• Certificate of Business License (printed within one year)
• Affidavit/Guarantee Letter (Affidavit form available at http://www.hikorea.go.kr

2. If Tourist / Family visit –

- Tourist Invitation letter- mentioning information of invitee, Purpose of invite (detailed explanation), Date of the invitee visit (exact date), Information of travel/accommodation expense coverage

- Copy of inviter/host passport (identification page), National ID/Alien Registration

- Affidavit/Guarantee Letter (Affidavit form available at http://www.hikorea.go.kr)

Processing Time (Total Approx.9/10 working days):

• File Processing: 2/3 working days
• Embassy Processing: 7 Working days (minimum)

Visa fee Details (Tourist & Business):

• Embassy fee: Single Entry -TK. 3,500 BDT (up to 90days), Tk. 4,680 BDT (above 90 Days), Multiple Entry for 30 daysTK. 7,020 BDT
• Processing fee: TK. 2,000 BDT
