Visa Procedure (Tourist & Business):

All kinds of visas are processed by Consulate of the Republic of Singapore. Visa applicants shall submit relevant documents through some accredited agencies only.

Requirements (Tourist & Business):

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled Application form & Tour Plan
• Two recent passport size color photos lab print in matte paper with white background & taken within the last 6 months)
• Current (valid for 6 months) and Old passports, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
• Visiting Card
• Photocopy of the Passport Bio page.
• Photocopy of previous Singapore visa page (if any)
• Letter of Introduction for Visa Application (LOI)
• Marriage certificate(if travel with family members)
• Forwarding letter (for tourist)
• Employment letter (from employer for business visit)
• Undertaking / Declaration letter from applicant

*The local contact must be either a Singapore citizen (SC) or a Singapore permanent resident (PR) who is at least 21 years old with a SingPass/CorpPass account. If you are applying for an entry visa for business visit (attending business negotiations or discussions), the local contact must be acting on behalf of the Singapore-registered business entity.

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license, memorandum of article, certificate of incorporation etc. (for Business visit)-Notary copy if original is in Bangla & also company Pad.
• For Employee : NOC letter
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents
• For Student : Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar

Overseas Documents:

Invitation letter from registered company of Singapore must be shown with company registration number, signature name, NRIC number and designation / Singapore Airlines Confirmed Air Ticket

Travel Documents:

• Air Booking copy
• Hotel Booking Copy

Processing Time:

• File Processing: 2/3 Working Days
• Embassy Processing time: 5-7 working Days

Visa fee Details (Tourist & Business):

• Embassy fee: Tourist & Business TK. 1,882 BDT (S$30)
• Processing fee (all included): TK. 3,000 BDT ( without LOI), TK. 4,500 BDT ( with LOI)

Note: Other expenses will be added (if needed: Notary, translation etc.)
