There are many types of visas are available for Liechtenstein like Tourist, Business, Transit, Residence, Student etc.

Visa Procedure:
There is no Embassy of Liechtenstein in Bangladesh. But all kinds of C type short term visas of Liechtenstein are processed by Switzerland Embassy Dhaka. Applications are required to be submitted on prior appointment basis & appointment are taken by over phone (Sunday–Wednesday; 09.00-11.00) or through Email. The applicant must attend in person during visa application submission.

Requirements (Tourist & Business):
Personal Documents:
- Duly filled Online Application form (www.swiss-visa.ch)
- Two recent color photographs with white background (35 x 45mm, taken within the last 6 months)
- Current (valid for 6 months) and Old passports, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
- Legible photocopy of the applicant’s passport data page (identification page) and the last two Schengen visas (if applicable)
- Birth certificate/National ID Card of applicant
- Marriage Certificate ( Nika Namah for Muslim, Marriage Act for Hindus)divorce certificate(Talak Namah for Muslim)/Death certificate ( for widow or widowers).
- Forwarding letter (from applicant)
- For minors: consent of parents or custodian if both parents are not travelling together (letter of Consent and photocopy of passport)
- Bangladeshi Residence Permit (for non-Bangladeshi applicants) - valid at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States.
Professional Documents:
- For Business Person: Trade license, memorandum of article, Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization, VAT, IRC, membership certificate etc.
- Employment letter (from employer for business visit)- explaining the necessity to travel even if the applicant is the owner of the company and mentioning the financial cover
- For Employee : NOC letter (incl. physical address and telephone number), Pay Slip – last 3 months, Salary Certificate, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders).
- Visiting Card
- For Retired Person: Retirement documents
- For Student : Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar
Financial Documents:
- Bank solvency & statement ( both company & personal )
- Other financial documents-such as FDR, credit card statements, saving certificate, share statement etc. (if available)
- Income Tax Certificate (For last 3 years) / TIN certificate
- Valuation of other Assets (if any)
Travel Documents:
- Air Booking copy
- Hotel Booking Copy
- Detailed Tour Plan
Overseas Documents:
- For tourist visit: Personal Invitation letter (if available) –
The invitation letter must contain at minimum the following information:
- Relation between the host and guest, reason for stay
- Exact duration of the visit
- who will bear the cost of living, transportation, food and health insurance (if the host is responsible for the coverage of costs, an additional declaration of guarantee may be requested by this Embassy at the visa appointment)
- Address, phone number, and signature of host
- Supporting documents/attachments from host: scan or photocopy of passport and resident, Permit, proof of family relation with invited person if applicable (birth, marriage certificate)
- For business visit: Business Invitation letter-the letter should incorporate relevant personal data of the invited, length of the invitation, reason and activity to develop in the Member State during the visit, evidence of former and current transactions in Bangladesh and/or abroad (eg: bill of lading, receipts, )
- For commercial fairs or congress: if trade fairs or congress, political, scientific, cultural sports or religious events or other reasons: invitation letter from organizer, proof of registration if applicable and program of the event
- For Medical Treatment: Written confirmation of appointment of a medical institution in Switzerland affirming the necessity for medical care, detailed information regarding the estimated cost and duration of the treatment, Proof of sufficient funds for payment of medical expenses (advance payment receipt and bank, account statement of private bank account of the past 6 months)
Others:
- Travel Health Insurance ( for up to up to 30,000 Euros)
Note:
- Visa applications have to be submitted at least 14 days prior to intended journey
- Applicants whose biometric data have already been registered within the previous 59 months are exempted from submitting their application in person, in case their biometric data have been registered in a satisfying quality and a photocopy of the biometric visa issued previously is attached to the visa application. Their application and the visa fee may be submitted by a third person. Applicants are informed that the Embassy might invite an applicant, who has not submitted the visa application personally, for an interview at the Embassy, if considered necessary, without indication of any reason for it.

Visa fee Details (Tourist & Business):
- Embassy fee: Adult – 60 Euro/Approx. Tk. 6000
- Children (6-12) - 3400Tk, Children (0-6) is free
- Processing fee: 3000 Tk.
