There are many types of visas are available for Norway like Tourist, Business, Transit, Student etc. We provides the services only for Tourist & Business visa application processing which details are explained below.

Visa Procedure (Tourist & Business):

Though there is Royal Norwegian Embassy in Dhaka but the Embassy of Denmark, Bangladesh, is handling visitor's visa matters for the Norwegian Embassy in Bangladesh. Information about short term visitor’s visas can be found the Danish Embassy’s website here:

And the Danish Embassy has commissioned VFS.Global Services Pvt. Ltd to operate the Visa Application Centre in Dhaka applications are submitted without prior appointment. The applicants’ are required to be attend in person during the visa application submission.

Requirements (Tourist & Business):

Personal Documents:

• A completed and signed application form
• If Tourist - Completed and signed VU2 online form (downloaded from DK Immigration Homepage). Alternatively written invitation. (if available)
• If Business - Filled in VU1 online form (downloaded from DK Immigration Homepage) or explanatory invitation letter from company
• 2 copy passport size color photographs (35 mm x 45 mm) full face, light background, no older than six months.
• Current (valid for 6 months) and Old passports, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
• Colour photocopy of bio page and of all Schengen, UK, Australian or US visas
• Birth certificate/National ID Card of applicant
• Marriage Certificate (Nika Namah for Muslim, Marriage Act for Hindus) divorce certificate (Talak Namah for Muslim)/Death certificate (for widow or widowers).
• Proof of /family/ ties with the host/inviting person (if visiting family or friends)
• Family registration certificate
• Forwarding letter (from applicant)
• Travel programme, draft programme of a tour
• For other nationalities- Bangladeshi Residence Permit (for non-Bangladeshi applicants) - valid at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States, Tenancy agreement paper.

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license, memorandum of article (for LTD company), Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization, VAT, IRC, membership certificate etc.
• Employment letter (from employer for business visit).
• For Employee : NOC letter, Pay Slip- last 3 months / Salary certificate, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders)
• Visiting Card
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents
• For Student : Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar
• For Foreigner: Work permit copy

Financial Documents:

• Bank solvency & statement (both company & personal) (original and photocopy).
• Other financial documents-such as FDR, credit card statements, saving certificate, share statement etc. (if available)
• Income Tax Certificate (For last 3 years) / TIN certificate
• Valuation of other Assets (if any)

Travel Documents:

• Air Booking copy
• Hotel Booking Copy

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist Visit: Personal Invitation letter & additional supporting documentation (if available)
• If Visiting Family or Friends: Copy of document showing inviting person´s identity (if visiting family or friends) (passport, ID-card, residency card etc.
• For Business Visit: Business invitation letter- invitation letter from the company in the Member state, Proof of the existence of trade relationship (e.g. contracts, payment of invoices, list of orders), Documents proving the business activities of the company. Examples: Annual business register, extract of commerce register, annual report / Documents proving payment of entrance to exhibitions, trade fairs etc, if and when appropriate.

Other:

• Health and Travel insurance for Schengen (Original & Photocopy).

Processing Time (Total Approx. 20 days):

• File Processing: 3/ 4 working days
• Embassy / VFS Processing: Minimum 15 working days

Visa fee Details:

• Embassy fee: For Adult Tk. 5800 (60 Euro), 6-12 years - Tk. 3400 (35 Euro) & 0-6 years are exempted from paying the visa fee.
• Processing fee: Tk. 3OOO
