The Embassy of Spain in Dhaka has appointed BLS International Services Ltd. in Dhaka as an outsourced partner to facilate short term visas as tourist, business & transit visa applications. Applications are submitted on walk-in basis. The applicant must be present in person during visa application submission.

Other Details:

Passport Collection Time: 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 hrs (Sunday - Thursday)
Flexi Hours (Additional charges 500 Tk) : 09:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 17:00 hrs

Submission Time: 9:00 to 14:00 hrs (Sunday - Wednesday)
Prime Time (Additional charges 2800tk): 14:00 to 17:00 hrs

Information: 14:00 to 16:00 hrs (Sunday to Thursday)

Requirements (Tourist & Business):

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled Application form
• Two recent color photographs with white background (35 x 45mm, taken within the last 6 months)
• Current (valid for 6 months) and Old passports, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
• Clear photocopy of bio data pages and all Schengen/UK/USA/CANADA/AUSTRALIA visa pages, as well as Refusal seal pages of the passport/s, both present and previous.
• Birth certificate/National ID Card of applicant
• Marriage Certificate ( Nika Namah for Muslim, Marriage Act for Hindus)divorce certificate(Talak Namah for Muslim)/Death certificate ( for widow or widowers).
• Forwarding letter (from the applicant)
• For other nationalities: Bangladeshi Residence Permit - valid at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States.

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license, memorandum of article (for LTD. company), Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization, VAT, IRC, membership certificate etc.
• Employment letter (from the employer for business visit).
• For Employee : NOC letter, Pay Slip- last 3 months/Salary statement, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders)
• Visiting Card
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents
• For Student : Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar
• For other nationalities: Work permit copy.

Financial Documents:

• Bank solvency & statement (both company & personal)-Bank statement may not be older than 3 days
• Other financial documents-such as FDR, saving certificate, share statement etc (if available)
• Income Tax Certificate (For last 3 years) / TIN certificate
• Valuation of other Assets (if any)

Travel Documents:

• Air Booking copy
• Hotel Booking Copy

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist visit: If the purpose of travel is to visit friends or relatives, and if the host is a Spanish or European citizen, an original letter of invitation made before the Spanish Police and an attested copy of the passport or the National Identity Card is required. If the host is not a European Citizen, then photocopy of the residence permit must be attached along with the letter of invitation made before the Spanish Police
• For Business Visit: Original invitation letter from the Spanish receiving company or companies receiving him explaining the nature of the existing relation and the motive of the visit. The document must be issued in Spanish language if the inviting company is Spanish company. It is not necessary that the company gets in touch directly with the Consulate.

Other:

• Travel Health Insurance ( for up to up to 30,000 Euros)

Note: All public documents (e.g. Nikah Nama, Marriage certificate, Birth certificate and Trade license) issued by   concern office in English and must be legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and afterwards translated in Spanish language.

Processing Time (Total Approx. 20 days):

• File Processing: 3/ 4 working days
• Embassy/VFS Processing: Minimum 15 calendar days

Visa fee Details (Tourist & Business)

• Embassy fee: Approx. Tk. 8708 (for adult), Approx. Tk. 5200 (for child 6-12 years old) & No fee for 0-6 years old.
• File Processing fee: Tk. 1792
