Visa Type:

There are many types of visas are available for Austria like Tourist, Business and Transit etc. We provides consultancy support for Tourist & Business visas.

Visa Procedure:

All the short term (C type) visa applications of Austria are processed through The Embassy of France. Applications are required to be submitted on prior appointment basis. All visa applicants are required to book an appointment prior to submission. Applicant must attend in person at the Embassy.

Documents Requirements:

Personal documents:

• Duly filled online Application form
• Two recent color photographs with white background (35 x 45mm, taken within the last 6 months)

(ICAO standard).

• Current (valid for at least three months after the planned date of return) and Old passports, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required
• Birth certificate / National ID Card of applicant.
• Marriage Certificate (Nika Namah for Muslim, Marriage Act for Hindus) divorce certificate (Talak Namah for Muslim)/Death certificate (for widow or widowers).
• Forwarding letter (from applicant)
• For other nationalities: Bangladeshi Residence Permit (for non-Bangladeshi applicants) - valid at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States.

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license, memorandum and articles of association, form 12 if any, certificate of incorporation, VAT, IRC, membership certificate etc.
• Employment letter (from employer for business visit).
• For Employee: NOC letter - stating the name, the position, the date of hiring, the salary and the dates of leave authorization, Pay Slip (for last 3 months)/Salary certificate, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders).
• Visiting Card
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents.
• For Student: Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar
• For other nationalities: Work permit copy.

Financial Documents:

• Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for a period of last 6 months (recent) + "form XI (for owner & Business visit), salary statement (for employee)
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Copies of documents showing other funds available- such as FDR or Saving Certificates, Share Investment (if available)
• Income Tax Certificate/TIN – last 3 years
• Asset Valuation Papers (if available).

Travel Documents:

• Hotel Booking: Hotel bookings or hotel vouchers or original of the attestation d'accueil (certificate of board and lodging to be obtained by your host at the French city hall (Mairie)) for all countries to be visited and for all the duration of your stay in the Schengen area.
• Air Booking: Pre-booked return ticket

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist/Family visit: Invitation letter, proof of family relationship with the host, proof of the nationality of the relative/friend issuing the invitation, proof of accommodation (Attestation d'accueil), invitee’s passport copy, residence permit copy, Bank statement copy etc.
• For Business visit: Business Invitation letter - original invitation letter from the company to be visited mentioning the purpose of the trip, the dates of the visit and whether it covers the costs of the trip / Failing this, admission cards to trade fairs or conferences

Other:

• Travel Health Insurance (for up to up to 30,000 Euros)

NOTE: If Note Verbal is available, then Health Insurance is not mandatory for Official Passport Holders.

Processing Time:

1.  File Processing : 3 / 4 working days
2.  Appointment : 15/20 Days (depends on availability)
3.  Embassy processing time :Seven days

Visa fee Details (Tourist & Business Only):

1. Embassy fee : 60 Euro (Approx. Tk.6200)

For family members of a French national, the fee exemption only applies to spouses of a French national

1.  Processing fee : 2300 BDT
