Requirements (Tourist & Business):

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled Application form & Relative form.
• Two recent color photographs with white background (35 x 45mm, taken within the last 6 months)
• Current passport with minimum 6 months validity and old passports, if any lost, GD copy (English) to be attached.
• Birth certificate/National ID Card (photocopy)
• Marriage Certificate (Nika Namah for Muslim, Marriage Act for Hindus) divorce certificate (Talak Namah for Muslim)/Death certificate (for widow or widowers).
• Forwarding letter (from Applicant)
• For Foreigner: Bangladeshi Residence Permit valid at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States, & Tenancy agreement paper.

Professional Documents:

For Business Person: Trade license, Certificate of incorporation, memorandum of article, VAT, IRC, membership certificate etc.

• Employment letter (from employer for business visit) - a signed original letter on company letterhead from the employer indicating that the proposed travel to Australia has been approved. This letter must include the purpose of travel; applicant’s name, position, salary and date of hire; and a statement specifying who will be responsible for all expenses related to the trip.

For Employee: NOC letter, Pay Slip (last 3 months)/Salary Certificate, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders)

• Visiting Card
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents
• For Student: Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar
• For Foreigner: Work permit copy

Financial Documents:

• Bank solvency & statement (both company & personal)
• Other financial documents-such as FDR, saving certificate, salary statement, proof of pension, business registration, investments etc. (if available)
• Income Tax Certificate (For last 3 years) / TIN certificate
• Valuation of other Assets (if any)

Travel Documents:

• Hotel Booking: Hotel bookings or hotel vouchers copy
• Air Booking: Pre-booked return ticket copy

Overseas Documents:

For Tourist Purpose:

Personal Invitation letter evidence of your relationship with the inviter and evidence of your inviter’s passport and status in Australia.

 For Business Visit:

A letter of invitation from the host organization in Australia • Conference registration details • your itinerary, with contact details of the business parties involved • your employment contract • your educational or professional qualifications • Your current employment and your role during your visit to Australia • Details of previous contacts with Australian business people or organizations in Australia • Documents to show that the company you work for is an actively operating   • business, such as a business registration certificate or annual report

• If you are going for your daughter/daughter-in-law’s pregnancy, then a letter from a medical doctor confirming the condition.
