There are many types of visas are available for Brazil, such as Tourist, Business, Student etc.

We provides consultancy support for Tourist & Business visas only.

Visa Procedure (Tourist & Business):

All the visa applications of Brazil is processed by Brazil Embassy. Applications are submitted on walk-in basis. Applicants must submit their application in person or through a friend, relative or agent. Additional fees can be charged if the application is submitted by a third party.

Requirements (Tourist & Business):

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled & signed online application form.
• Current passport with minimum 6 months validity and old passports, if any lost, GD copy (English) to be attached.
• Three (3) recent color photographs, passport size with white background
• Birth certificate/National ID Card (Photocopy).
• Two photocopies each and original of recently paid utilities bill of the last three months
• Marriage Certificate ( Nika Namah for Muslim, Marriage Act for Hindus) / Divorce certificate (Talak Namah for Muslim) / Death certificate ( for widow or widowers)
• Original and two photocopies of Police clearance
• For Foreigner: Bangladeshi Residence Permit (for non-Bangladeshi applicants) - valid at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States, Tenancy agreement paper.

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license, memorandum of article (for LTD company), Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization, VAT, IRC, membership certificate etc.
• For Employee : NOC letter, Pay Slip- last 3 months / Salary statement, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders), ID card copy
• Visiting Card
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents
• For Student : Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar
• For Foreigner: Work permit copy

Note: The Embassy only accepts original documents in English or Portuguese. Documents written in other languages will not be accepted and must be translated and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Official documents (such as Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Police Clearance Certificate, University Degrees and Transcripts) must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Financial Documents:

• Bank solvency & statement ( both company & personal )
• Other financial documents-such as FDR, saving certificate, share statement etc. (if available)
• Income Tax Certificate (For last 3 years) / TIN certificate
• Valuation of other Assets (if any)

Travel Documents:

• Hotel Booking: Hotel bookings or hotel vouchers copy
• Air Booking: Pre-booked return ticket copy

Overseas Documents:

• Personal Invitation letter – if available
• For Business Visit : Business invitation letter & related documents

Note:  Invitation letter sent from Brazil must have been notarized in the same Jurisdiction as of the Brazilian company or individual. The Embassy only accepts original documents in English or Portuguese. Documents written in other languages will not be accepted and must be translated and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Official documents (such as Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Police Character Certificate, University Degrees and Transcripts) must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Invitation letters and other documents from current employers must be notarized by Notary Public. Invitation letters from company/people in Brazil must be notarized in Brazil.

Processing Time (Approx.):

• File Processing         : 3/ 4 working days
• Embassy Processing : 15/20 working days (Approx.)

Note: In order to start the process, together with the visa form, the applicant must bring a pay order - banks from Dhaka city - on behalf of BRAZILIAN EMBASSY IN DHAKA.

Visa fee Details (Tourist & Business):

• Embassy fee   : Tourist & Business BDT 8000
• Processing fee : Tourist & Business BDT 3000

Note: Other expense (as cost to do attested by the ministry of foreign affairs) will be added as extra.
