- Student ID card photocopy / Tuition fee copy - Clearly scanned soft copies are required (for students)
- Marriage certificate for couple - Clearly scanned soft copies are required (if applicable)
- For employee Salary pay slip - Clearly scanned soft copies are required
- Utility bill - Clearly scanned soft copies are required
Professional Documents
- No objection certificate from the employer granting leave for the specified period (for employee) - Clearly scanned soft copies are required
- Trade license, memorandum of article, VAT, IRC etc. (for Business Person) - Clearly scanned soft copies are required
Company Documents
- Company Bank Statement for 6 months with at least 4 lacs taka last balance - Clearly scanned soft copies are required
- Bank Solvency letter/certificate from the bank - Clearly scanned soft copies are required
Additional Documents
- Medical visa requirement: Appointment letter in Thailand - Clearly scanned soft copies are required

Important Notes
Passport validity must be minimum 6 months
For medical visa, appointment letter and medical reports are mandatory
Multiple entry visa validity is different from single entry
Apply well in advance of your travel date
All documents must be in English translated
