- Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for last 6 months (recent) - Scan copy
- Bank Solvency Certificate - Scan copy
- Student ID card photocopy / Tuition fee copy - Scan copy (for students)
- Marriage certificate for couple - Scan copy
- For employee Salary pay slip - Scan copy
- Utility bill - Scan copy
Professional Documents
- No objection certificate from the employer granting leave for the specified period (for employee) - Scan copy
- Trade license, memorandum of article, VAT, IRC etc. (for Business Person)
Company Documents
- Company Bank Statement for 6 months with at least 4 lacs taka last balance
- Bank Solvency letter
Additional Documents
- Medical visa requirement: Appointment letter in Thailand
- Medical visa requirement: All Medical Report in Bangladesh
Important Notes
Time limit for stay: 45 days
Passport validity must be minimum 6 months
For medical visa, appointment letter and medical reports are mandatory
Company bank statement must show minimum 4 lacs BDT balance
Multiple entry visa validity is different from single entry
Apply well in advance of your travel date
All documents must be in English or Thai, or properly translated
