- Current passport (valid for at least 6 months) and Old Passport
- Two recent photos, 2x2 inch, matt paper with white background
- Birth Certificate / National ID Card
- Marriage certificate, children's birth certificates

- Trade license, memorandum of article, VAT, IRC etc. (for Business Person)
- No objection certificate from the employer granting leave for the specified period (for Employee)
- Membership to any trade body (Attested by a Notary Public)
- Pay Slip / Salary certificate (for Employees)
- Visiting Card
- Letter Head
- GO & Note verbal for official passport holders
Financial Documents
- Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for last 6 months (recent)
- Bank Solvency Certificate
- Copies of documents showing other funds available such as FDR, Saving Certificates, share statement etc. (if available)
